How to getting started Swimify – Step by step

Order Swimify

Send a mail to support@swimify.com to order Swimify.
After we have received your order, we wil confirm it and setup your account.
Some countries want that the order should be done via the swimming federation. We will inform you if it regards for you.


Support site

We will create your account for your club at https://support.swimify.com and send you a welcome mail when it is ready.
If you already have an account, we will email you when it is connected to your club.
When you have logged in at https://support.swimify.com, you can click on downloads to find the installation files for the Swimify software.
If you click on Profile &licenses, you can find your license id and activation password for Swimify.

At our support site, you also find news, guides and so on. You can also create a ticket to send your questions to us, but you can also mail us at support@swimify.com.


Club logo

On Swimify LiveTiming https://live.swimify.com we show your clubs logotype, so please mail us your club logo (512x512 pixels) at support@swimify.com


Activating your Swimify license

When we have got your order, we will activate your license. You need the license id and activation password to install Swimify Meet Manager, Swimify Timekeeping and Swimify Announcer.
You can find them when you have logged in at our support site:

Start using Swimify Meet Manager

Now, you can start use your Swimify software.

Swimify Admin

Club administrators, coaches and referees

To manage your clubs administrators, coaches and referees in Swimify, you need to have users connected to your club.
We add your email as administrator and coach for your club and send a welcome mail. If you already have registered your email as an account at https://admin.swimify.com, you are automatically connected to your club when you logged in next time. Click on My club to manage your club.

NOTICE! For users in Australia and New Zeeland, you use the url https://admin.au.swimify.com

Create a new competition on LiveTiming

To create a competition for LiveTiming at https://admin.swimify.com, you need to log in as a club administrator and click on Create competition.
When we have approved your LiveTiming competition, you got a competition code that you use in Swimify Meet Manager to manage your competition.
We recommend that you create your competition at least one week before start date.
